Susie Takacs is the creative force behind Cocoahabit, a boutique chocolate studio where art, design, and indulgence converge. A certified chocolatier and designer-maker, Susie explores the interplay of colour, texture, and form through the expressive medium of chocolate.
Trained at the Sheridan College – School of Craft and Design, where she studied Furniture, Susie developed a deep appreciation for the warmth and versatility of wood — a material that continues to influence her sense of balance, structure, and organic flow. She later earned her Certified Chocolatier accreditation through George Brown College, where her passion for the technical and aesthetic possibilities of chocolate took shape.
At Cocoahabit, Susie continues to experiment, refine, and share her evolving vision — treating chocolate not just as confectionery, but as an artistic medium for storytelling, sensory play, and design expression.
